Results Course de Côte des Teurses d’Hébécrevon 2017

The French Championship moved west for the Course de Côte d’Hébécrevon / Agneaux. Sébastien Petit won his fourth event of the season and continues his 100% score. Geoffrey Schatz won the duel with Cyrille Frantz for second place. The difference between the two was just .1 seconds. Julien Français was the best in the competitive CN2 class. He was also the only driver in his class to complete the track in under one minute. Just behind him in fifth finished David Meillon, winner of the CN3. Most of the top drivers in F3 were absent. Despite this Anthony Gueudry drove a great race to win the class. Charlie Martin was the best female driver, outperforming Martine Hubert and Sarah Louvet by quite a margin.

Practise in the touringcars saw very small gaps between Pierre Courroye and Philippe and Christian Schmitter. But any excitement quickly evaporated during the race as Courroye dominated again. At the end of the day his gap to his two rivals was 1,3 seconds. Group A was quite competitive this weekend with 5 drivers in A4. Francis Dosieres took a strong class victory. Antoine Uny managed to defeat Pascal Cat for Group N victory while Samuel Durassier surprised Jean Turnel for F2000 victory. Finally Geoffrey Carcreff won FC easily after Christophe Poinsignon retired with mechanical problems.
