Results Cronoscalata Alghero – Scala Piccada 2017

The Cronoscalata Alghero – Scala Piccada was the final hillclimb of the year in Italy. This event on Sardinia did not count towards any championship this year. Still some 80 drivers, including many from the mainland, participated in this 56th edition.

Omar Magliona is the most succesful Hillclimb racer from Sardinia. At his home race the Sportscar champion secured a comfortable victory. Deigo Degasperi drove once more with the Osella FA30 and finished second overall. Third place was for another local Giuseppe Vacca. He narrowly finished ahead of Federico Liber. Gianclaudio Dessi was the CN winner and fifth overall. Franco Perini steered his spectacular Alfa Romeo 155 DTM to 8th overall and touringcar victory.
