Results Course de Côte de Vernègues 2017

The Course de Côte de Vernègues welcomed a massive entry of well over 100 drivers. Jérémy Debels completely dominated the event. Setting fastest time in all three races Debels won the event. His lead over Jean-Claude Morel was massive: almost 1,5 seconds. Very impressive on a track just 1,2 kilometres long! Jean-Marc Farnochia was second fastest in the first race but ultimately he had to be satisfied with third behind Morel. Thomas Clausi was fourth while Damien Benedetto rounded out the Top 5.

The Simca Rallyes are always good on the short hillclimbs in southern France. Indeed Lionel Amedeo steered his Rally II to touringcar and FC victory. Second was Sébastien Delors, the Group F2000 winner while the podium was completed by Philippe Gres, the Group N winner.
