Results Планинско Панагюрище (Panagyurishte) 2015

The Bulgaria Hillclimb Championship visited the Планинско Панагюрище, or Panagyurishte Hillclimb this weekend. It is the home race of Lyuben Kamenov and indeed the champion was unstoppable in front of his fans. The Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX pilot won each of the three races with an advantage of 10 seconds, ending up with a 30 second lead! Plamen Staikov had an unfortunate weekend as his car broke down in the first race. Lubomir Mechkov took advantage by finishing second overall. The battle for third place was very exciting as Ivelin Chapanov (Renault Clio) could only secure the final podium spot in the last run against Stefan Stoev (Honda Civic).
