With 16 events Normandie is the center of regional hillclimb racing in France. There are no surprises on the schedule as all 16 events that were contested this year return in 2018.

The Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region is one of the bigger regions in France. 10 Hillclimbs are scheduled in 2018 and all 10 of them were already on the schedule this year.

Occitane Mediterranee is the new name for the Languedoc Roussilon region. It has become a tradition that the Course de Côte des Pont des Abarines is the first hillclimb of the year in all of France.
