After a break of one month the French Hillclimb Championship starts again this weekend with the Course de Côte des Beaujolais Villages. It is election time in France so not a good time to organise sporting events. Just one hillclimb took place last weekend: the Course de Côte du Gaschney. Pierre Mayeur was the winner with Ludovic Cholley in second and Samy Guth in third.

The Course de Côte d’Issoire – Le Vernet la Varenne was competed two weeks ago. The results were however not yet uploaded to this website.

For the fifth consecutive time Serge thomas won the Course de Côte de Sancerre. The Norma M20 FC pilot dominated the event from start to finish. Gaël Boisson finished second while Bruno Lamonica completed the podium.

The next hillclimb in Normandie was the Course de Côte de Percy. This short but fast hillclimb was won by Dominique Hamel. Remy Fievre was second while Johnny Guerin completed the podium.
